PRAYER REQUESTS

You can become involved, right now, with SENEGAL15. Prayer is one of the most important ways you can be an active part of this ministry. Check back frequently for new requests and for prayers answered.

Here is a list of specific needs at this time:
  • New: Health for 14-month-old Aida, who will enter the hospital 01/05 to be treated for malnourishment. Prayers also for her concerned family
  • New: Good attendance and effectiveness--that hearts will be stirred--when our Team shows the evangelical movie, "The Solution"
  • New: That Travel Team utilizes its time and energies most effectively, building on the ministry work being accomplished in the villages by our local missionary partner AF (initials used)
  • Health and safety for our Travel Team and US and Senegalese ministry partners
  • Resolution of logistical details (transportation, translators, lodging, etc)
  • Adequate--even bountiful--financial support and gifts-in-kind (Travel Team members pay their own way)
  • Health and safety for family members during our Travel Team's absence
  • Nurturing of new and established relationships with our Senegalese brothers and sisters
  • God's leading, strength and grace for all aspects of the trip
Prayer Vigil  Prayers will be ongoing, 24/7, beginning the day the Travel Team leaves (12/26/14) until the Team comes home (01/10/15). Mountain View is organizing a Prayer Vigil, and people are signing up for one-hour slots to pray. If you're interested and would like more information, contact Mountain View's church office at 360-659-7777 or email rachel@mtvpc.org.
